There is no particular ranking order for the restaurants, just a list of some of our favorite places. As the French would say, "Bon Appétit".
I will begin with Sweet Melissa Cafe located at 213 S 1st Street in Laramie, Wyoming. The cafe is open from 11 am to 9 pm. They serve Vegetarian/Vegan food. There is something on the menu for everyone (except meat). Two of my favorites are the lasagna and the quiche. My wife likes the smothered sweet potato and black bean burrito, and the enchiladas (both of these are great choices as well). Their hummus appetizer is very delicious. This is our favorite place for food when we travel through Laramie.

If you like Indian food then I have two choices in the Kansas City Area.
Seva Indian Cuisine is located at 8674 NE Flintlock Road in Kansas City, Missouri. The staff is friendly and you will feel that the owner is your best friend. They have a wonderful lunch buffet. For dinner, I order the Chicken Korma and my wife usually orders the Saag or the Squash dish. We share our dishes and have enough left over for lunch the next day. An order of Fresno nan is a great addition to the dinner. Don't forget to have a Mango Lassi drink with your dinner.
Swagat is located at 7407 NW 87th Street, Kansas City, Missouri (at the Zona Rosa Town Center). The staff is friendly and the decor is pleasant. If you are looking for a more intimate dining experience then Swagat is the place. Like Seva, Swagat has a wonderful selection of Indian dishes, well worth trying.
